Twice Baked Potatoes

Cut your scrubbed potatos in half

Oil a pan, and squeeze 'em in!

After cooking for an hour at 350, they're ready to be shelled out.

Brilliant!

Put the remains in a bowl and microwave to make them real hot and easy to mash.

With such things as cheese, milk and sour cream, you can't go wrong!

I think food is beautiful.

Shredded bacon is much better than bacon bits. Try it!

Garlic. Mmmm.

Almost done! Put your mixture into the little potato skin bowls and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350, then broil for 2-3 minutes. They'll look all golden and delicious.
